I believe I have noticed that when the Recycle Bin is loaded with files, say
more than 100 files or maybe a Meg or two Windows 98SE seems to run sluggish
or crash. But after I empty it or clear out most of the stuff I know I can it
runs better. Is there a 'limit' to how much you should hold in there before
you're sure you dont need the files.
Thanks in advance
