Hi Jeff,

The DRM digital signal sounds like hissing with digital buz in it.  Drm 
stands for digital radio MonDreal  which is French for Worldwide.  There is 
no parallel analog broadcast with the digital though you may here the same 
broadcast on another frequency if the station wants to simocast.

The 60KHZ time signal has no voice, just digital.
