Hi Russ, I did exactly the same thing!  Novices should have always had
Novice Privalidges, since they had to pass the same exam, but the Candy
Company didn't see it that way!  GRIN!  The other thing that made me
upgrade, was the fact that I had a Kenwood TS520 sitting there, that I
couldn't operate phone with!  GRIN!
