I went to my compound pharmacist and he told me that natural estrogen works
the same as Fosamax, stopping bone loss. And that progesterone builds  bones.
So I will be starting this tonight.  My doctor will  be taking a spot check
of my urine in Jan and May to see if I am still  loosing bone.

I am also on a new product called Pro Bono, which is to help build  bones.

I do not think I am lactose intolerant, because I don't have any of those
symptom that other people have.

I tried to forward my replies, but the list refused them because it was too
long.
So if anyone has any questions for me, feel free to write
