Just wondering about the response from Outback saying
PS - Don't forget our Chocolate Thunder From Down Under is GF - we dust
the pan with sugar not flour!
I looked at their website, which gives a GF menu, and granted I'm not seeing the ingredients, but the Chocolate Thunder From Down Under is a "fresh-baked pecan brownie, rich vanilla ice cream topped with hot homemade choclate sauce and chocolate shavings", so I'm guessing it is a "normal" brownie and not a GF brownie. It also does not say GF on it, like some of the other items on the menu.
I'm just questioning whether this lady from Outback really understands the GF diet as she purposely added this statement as a PS to her message. It is very nice that they don't flour the pan, but it doesn't help if what they are putting in the pan isn't GF!
Just curious!
