Phil - thank you for recommending a DO. I need to see if they are covered
under my plan. And yeah, I'm not doing the footbaths. The doc I am going to
try next does them and he has his own line of supps, but I at least want to
give it a try. I just want someone help me figure out WHY I have heart rate
and GB issues and then I can decide a course of action. As for butter, it
has also happened after sardines in olive oil, palm oil, and coconut oil. My
dilemma (still) is that I react to pork, beef, lamb - all of which I have
lots of fat. I guess I could try to finally go to eating one meal a day at
night, that way I only have to deal with the reaction to those foods for a
few hours since it's gone the next day. Otherwise, eating just chicken and
turkey, which I seem to tolerate ok, I feel I am not getting enough fat.
Belinda - I have had three ultrasounds and most recently a CT scan and there
were never any gallstones found. The first US was done when I had the first
attack. I had no idea what was happening and after about 8 hours of
agonizing pain, I went to the ER. The doc did an ultrasound right then and
found nothing. This is why I am hesitant to go for surgery. I am not even
sure it is my GB and I have read that some people still have the same issues
after GB removal so it's not something I want to jump into. My preference
would be to figure out the cause and heal my body.
I really wish I could eat beef without a reaction.
