I think someone has asked me if I would post an update of my experiment with
the squat method of elimination (which I am calling "Paleo Pooping") to the
list.
UPDATE:
After about a month or two of paleo-pooping, I heartily recommend it to
everyone. My movements have been mostly 2x larger than before and lighter in
colour which I attribute to a faster transition time. And I usually feel
like I have had a full bowel movement unlike before.
I have been using the little plastic stool which works perfectly and is so
inexpensive (about $6.00 CDN).
All in all, a great new health practice!

NOTE: I am still eating raw liver and it seems to have increased my
energy/stamina. Does anyone here eat raw bison or beef and is it safe from
parasites/pathogens?
