Pretty boring 3 squares, but simple works best for me.
Breakfast.
3 egg omelette with whole red bell pepper, olive oil, unprocessed sea salt,
fresh black pepper.
Lunch
Cabbage stir fry (150 gr lamb mince with 300 gr green cabbage cooked in
organic butter seasoned with salt & pepper)
Dinner
Bolognaise over green beans (150 gr lamb mince, tomatos, onion, garlic,
fresh basil, olive oil, salt & pepper)
