Yeah, but not terribly. I am pretty low carb and low other carcinogens, as
far as I can tell. Besides, I get pretty tired of boiled meat after a while.
Grilling strikes me as nice and paleo, and I have not dug a trench for slow
cooking yet. That is a real project.
