Well, I've tried liver in various forms over the years. I imagine most
of it was grain-fed animals, but I don't really know.
Once in a while, I'll see some pate de campagne in a shop and think I
really should try that. Then I buy it, bring it home, and have a bit,
and it tastes... sorta okay. But for some reason, I don't want to have
any more of it. I figure if I'm going to eat liver in any form, pate is
probably my best bet. And I will eat a bit of it, but it's just not
something I find very appealing.
