They are beautiful - thank you for sharing.
I get my beef at 3 different places - a local health food store, a local
compounding pharmacy, and a local farm. The local farm has the best prices
and they deliver for $3. Here is a price comparison for 1 lb of ground beef:
Store $6.99
Pharmacy $5,99
Farm $4.99
I think the one from the farm tastes the best and has more fat than the
others which I prefer. The one from the store is 90% lean and it's too dry
in my opinion. They have some awesome ribeyes though but at $16.99 a pound
we can't really afford them. The farm I order from ships as well. Check them

I never did think the meat tasted gamey, just better than conventional meat.
And I guess with ground beef you really don't get chewy meat, it's all
pretty much the same.
