Thanks go to you, Don, for maintaining this list for so long. I don't think
that most people here realize how much effort is needed to keep a list going
day in and day out, every single day for ten years. There's been a lot of back
end drudgery involved. And some front end unpleasantness dealing with a few
posters who made life unpleasant for everyone. (Thankfully, they are no longer
present.)

Everybody should check out Don's website, www.nomilk.com:
NoMilk.com - The No Milk Page
Lactose Maldigestion/Milk Allergy/Casein Intolerance

His page is one of the oldest on the net on this subject, possibly the oldest
still currently running since it started no later than May of 1996. He
doesn't publicize it here much, even though he could and would certainly be entitled
to. Go there and check out the many, many links it contains.

I've learned a lot from this list, especially on the daily lives and traumas
of raising children with dairy allergies. It's been an indispensable part of
our community.

Thanks again, Don.
