I have found some cookies that are dairy-free and kosher pareve, the brand
is Boston Cookies. They make several flavors, including chocolate chip
and a really good banana walnut flavor. They do not make any sandwich
cookies (like the ones discussed on the re: Nabisco messages.

I emailed the owner of the company re: the kosher certification, and he
offered this reply, which I thought some of you might be interested to
read:

VERY IMPORTANT: Keep in mind that in some instances a product may be Egg
and Dairy Free, Kosher-Pareve and still be made on a production line that
also makes products that contain Dairy. It depends on the Rabbi to accept
that compromise or not. Please check with the Kosher supervision before
you give such product to your child.

A product maybe labeled Egg and Dairy Free and Kosher-Pareve, but it is
absolutely impossible to guarantee that there are no traces of Dairy in
it. The distributors store Milk Powder, Wheat Flour, Baking Soda and other
dry ingredients in the same area. These products are transported together
in the delivery trucks. Traces of milk powder may fall on the wheat flour
bag and end up in the product you are purchasing.

As far as I know the FDA allows manufactures to make a claim of “WHEAT
FREE, or EGG-FREE, or DAIRY FREE.” whenever there is less than 40 parts
per million. Check with your doctor before you give anything to your
allergic daughter.

We take this very seriously, we do NOT allow any dairy product into our
plant, but whenever someone call us and ask us if they should give our
product to their severely allergic child, I always say NO, because we can
NOT guarantee what happens at the mill where wheat is stored or at the
distributors warehouse.
