I guess we all have our own ways of handling integrating paleo eating into
modern times.

I do use raw butter and coconut oil and hog lard with no preservatives as my
three main fats sources for cooking and baking.  I use a little olive oil
but not much.  I know the butter is not paleo but I like it and it is easy -
I'm not perfect ;)
