I have a chance to go to Helsinki, Finland this year. The only thing
keeping me from commiting to the trip is the fear of being in a foreign
country and not knowing what will be safe for me to eat.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can make the trip and avoid
accidentally poisoning myself with milk?
