Hi,

I'm writing to thank everyone who emailed me when I was sick at Christmas. I thought it was a sinus infection because my daughter had the same thing a couple of week previous and that was her diagnosis. Turns out it was a very nasty flu (for both of us, which is why her antibiotic didn't work for her).

I am newly diagnosed (within 1 year) and I was not prepared for illness. I was too sick to research meds, didn't know what I could eat or drink, and my hubby was just as clueless. Previously, I had watched countless emails go by referring people to GF foods and drugs, and I didn't pay much attention since I didn't need them at the time. Big mistake. Just as I revamped my kitchen when I went GF, I'm doing the same to my medicine cabinet so that next time illness strikes, I'll be ready. Thanks again.

Happy New Year!
Marian
