Hi Everyone,
My daughter, who is also celiac, made a WONDERFUL pie crust using coconut flour. I had never heard of it before, but once I tasted it, I decide it was one of the very BEST pie crusts I had ever had. Of course, I've been GF for four years now - so maybe my memory has faded, but I still think this pie crust was great!
