Not dangerous at all, just like plugging a 2 prong plug in to a 3 prong 
outlet,  no harm in it.

One thought: since your RS charger came equipped with 2-prong plugs, I doubt
that purchasing 3-prong cords is going to gain you much, since I'd guess
that the charger, itself, is designed for a 2-prong cord. I don't know that
much about grounded systems, but wonder if using a 3-prong cord on a device
that's designed for 2-prong cords might possibly even be dangerous in some
way.
