Below is an e-mail I got from my school list a alumni had prostate cancer and it does not look good. Thanks for the prayers
> Hi Listers,

> Mike went for his follow-up exam yesterday, and the news isn't good. The
> report shows that the cancer has spread outside his prostate. He is going
> to be seeing a radiation specialist in May, to talk over his options.
> If radiation is determined to be the best way to proceed, It can't begin
> until he has healed from his recent surgery, which could be another six
> months.
> Mike is caught between a rock and a hard place, meaning, to wait that long
> could give the remaining cancer time to grow, but starting therapy too soon,
> could interfere with the healing process.
>
> Mike sends his love and thanks for all your prayers. Please continue to
> pray for him. He's still resting quite a bit, but is slowly trying to do
> more.
>
> Jeanette is hanging in there, and is doing whatever it takes to help Mike
> with his recovery during this phase.

> We'll send more news when there is more to report.
