To set up the dimmer to speak, press the MENU key. Then rotate the VFO
knob until you hear a low beep. That will be menu 1. Now starting with
the low beep as 1, rotate the VFO knob clockwise, counting the next click
as 2 then 3 and so forth up to 15. Now press the OK button which is the
fourth button to the right of the VFO knob. No rotate the VFO knob one
click Clockwise and press the OK button again. That should program your
dimmer button as the speech button.
