Hi, folks.

Forgive the "off topic" post, but I'm wondering if anyone on this list has a
Juliet Pro-60 Braille embosser.

I am having a problem with mine, and the folks at Enabling Technologies
insist that the problem can only be fixed by sending it to them for
servicing.

I did this once before for another problem about two and a half years ago,
and got stuck with a $500 service charge.

Needless to say, I want to see if I can fix the problem here before sending
it away and spending all that money again.

I won't clutter up the list with details about the problem, but if anyone
has one of these embossers, and would like to help with some troubleshooting
and hopefully moneysaving, please e-mail me off list.

My private e-mail is:

Thanks to all on the list for accepting this post.
