I did it on qth.com or whatever site has the VE team online that does it. It
cost about $8 or so, but I had forgotten my password and had my old outdated
address on it. Password requests then were sent in the mail, and if they
fail to scan exactly, well, it would be useless. I don't know the new
tennant at my old apartment so can't trust that they wouldn't change
everything and effectively take my license.
