Phil,
I am having the same sort of thing.  I got up yesterday morning feeling
quite off balance and dizzy.  Today it is the same.  I have had some bad
sinus problems lately and I rather think that it has gotten back up into the
ears.  Perhaps, it is an inner ear infection.  If it persists, I will go to
see the ENT.  I am not a doctor nor a medicine person and don't like to have
to go to the doctor.  I don't want any problems with the ears either.

Best error on the side of caution.
