For our 30th anniversary my hubby & I went to Salty's in Redondo, 
Washington.  The staff & chefs were VERY accommodating & the food was 
probably the best I've ever eaten out.  I gave them a list of what I 
couldn't eat & told them to have the chef surprize me!  I had a salad with 
mixed baby greens, candied pecans, apples and cider vinagrette dressing.  
Then salmon & broiled vegetables followed by fresh strawberries for dessert. 
  My mouth is watering just thinking about how tender & moist that salmon
