Dick, Jeff, Terry, Norm, Dave and all,

Thank you all for your thoughtful and thought-provoking responses.  After
reading everyone's thoughts, I will not support the use of the transcoder at
Bucks County community college.  I agree that Web sites "should" be built
from the ground up with accessibility in mind.  I also agree that this
software is going to be seen as an "easy out" for webmasters.  I certainly
do not want to contribute to webmasters believing that they do not have to
use universal design in creating their web sites.
