Yes, tried cleaner cartridges and built in utility.  Next step is 
to dismantle printer to remove jets and try to soak them in 
cleaner.  One suggestion I heard (too late) was to power it down 
when finished so the heads get 'parked' where the drying of the 
ink may be slowed.
