Thank you for the feedback. I already knew about Bart's PE, but never got to
building it and forgot about it. I did find another link that walks you
through the steps and adds some more utilities to the "utility disk". For
others that may be interested, here is the link:

I am still working on building the disk because something went wrong and the
boot process does not complete. However, this is due to some additional
drivers I had installed into my XP SP2 disk and for some reason these are
not migrating to Bart's PE disk.

You might want to try making an XP live CD. Once you have burned the CD, you
must insert it into you CD-ROM drive and boot your computer off the CD. A
minimal version of XP will run directly off off the CD.

To make the CD you will need to download a program called Bart's
Preinstalled Environment. You can learn more at:
