It doesn't matter which colors carry the data, as long as it goes to the right
spot on both ends - when doing other wiring, it doesn't matter which *color*
is teh ground, just as long as it goes to the right spot.
Then, on ther other hand, if you aren't using a hub, you need to cross the
send-recieve wires - send to recieve, recieve to send.
