Hi Ashley:
I am talking about the pH of your blood - which is supposedly raised (or is
it lowered?) by eating certain foods (meaning I guess acid-forming). Or at
least that is how I understand what people are trying to say. In other
words, to avoid certain food because they "acidy" the body, whiich is bad,
since cancer supposedly thrives in an acid environment. However the
"environment" (or body) is strictly regulated to within a very narrow pH
(throuh urination, breathing etc), so I wonder whether the concern is a
valid one.
