i do not mean to be testy deri. drove over here to
close and after they made a big deal of "you got to
move out by the 17th" we get "oh, we are not ready,"
we'll do it tomorrow." we have to get an expensive
cheap hotel. i hope you all know what i mean here. i
am over here with out as much as a t-shirt to sleep
in, non of my blood pressure meds, no tooth brush, not
a thing and they just have the additude of "oh well."
if it was a sellers market instead of a very slow
buyers market, they'd be 1000 dollars poorer and my
realestate agent would be showing the house to someone
else.
but, it is what it is.
