I was considering making a device.  A spinning disk of sandpaper…  for
fingers & toes.  Your foot would be held steady, & there’d be a way to
control how the disk contacts the nail.  I’m pretty sure it can be built,
but I don’t have the money or the help to build this thing.

Please don’t any1 try this “at home” with an electric disk sander, (or a
CHEEZE GRATER)!  :)
