I know what you mean, I pulled the 23 out of 24 hours thing plus setup, I
left early because the stations were covered and it was a very rainy weekend
and I just couldn't listen to the rain on the onning on the campers anymore
or the food tent. Anyway, when in internet explorer, hit alt+t then arrow up
to internet options and tab through, you can change the page to anything you
want for a home page or use the "use blank" button which I think just opens
a blank page but I never yes that so don't know.
