Hi Tom.
I see you've already been peppered with responses on this one. There is
another alternative. There are several companies that make plug-in number
pad keypads for laptops, and we use the IBM ones at work. This keeps us
from having to rember two sets of commands which I personally find
annoying. The keypads are small enough to stuff in the laptop case. You
might want to avoid the Kensington keypads, though, as they have a known
problem with being unable to process a key press of the NUM PAD 5 when the
NUM LOCK is off.
