Thanks for the advice, and I do think I'll hang in there for a bit to see if
it gets worse.
The unit seems to work very well otherwise, and the rewind button functions
well, despite the minor "clicking".
I do have another question, though, now that you bring up batteries.
I don't know what kind of battery is inside the unit, but I was a bit
surprised that I had to charge it so soon after a full charge about a week
ago.
The Braille instruction sheet I got with the unit said that the battery
should last from 5 to 7 hours, but I really don't think it lasted that long,
although I was doing a lot of experimentation with the various functions,
rather than just reading a book straight through.
Any other thoughts would be appreciated.
Did you ever experience that slight "clicking" sensation with any of the
buttons on your Victor Reader Classic?
