But not all of us.  :-)

Question:  If paleo man's diet was high fat, where did it come from?    
What he had available was game and fish (lean meat), plants (vegetables,  
no fat there), fruits (no fat), and nuts (high fat).  Unless he just ate  
the fatty parts of the game and fish and discarded the lean meat (which  
seems unlikely), where did the "high fat" of the high fat diet come from?
