  My twin boys are allergic to milk protein and they too as they got older just don't drink as much soy milk.  When they were toddlers the pediatrician had me use a prescription calcium supplement (liquid) now that they are older we use the calcium gummi bear vitamins that are sold in Costco.  They can also be found in much smaller and more expensive bottles (same brand though) at whole foods.
