These Indian simmering sauces are really yummy and make a very quick

meal. My daughter in Denver tasted it at Whole Foods and the family loved
it. They did the

vindaloo with 1.5 pounds of skinless, boneless chicken thighs cut up.

On the website it says vindaloo is one of the spicier ones but the family
said it was mild to medium.

Also on the website, under FAQ, they say which are GF, vegan, or dairy.

Bon Apetit!
