As requested, I am resubmitting my question with my
whole name (my last name was not on the original
request)

I have a Dell Inspiron 2500 laptop and i want to
replace the hard
drive.  What things do I need to
consider.  Are there particular sizes or shapes items
I need to look
for in addition to speed and size.
The existing one is not a high memory (20G?)
