This is interesting; I ate some cooked millet last night and became
congested. I know I'm allergic to wheat, but I didn't think millet would
cause congestion. Maybe I'm getting so used to raw foods that I'm
forgetting how to digest cooked grains. I ought to try sprouting some
grains to see what that would be like to eat.
