Oooooh, Phil,
Fried turkey is excellent, as you must know by now, since it is
Friday morning as I write this.  I have a sister in law who won't do
it any other way.  Thanks too for sharing your thoughts.  I'm curious
though, do you really feed your bird turkey?  Isn't that kind of like
canibalism?  If he likes it, shouldn't that, well, kind of be a
reason for concern?  GRIN!
