I am told that Maxie-Aids has them.  You might also try:

www.lssgroup.com

and see if they have them.  The only thing is that I can't find a talking one that will allow you to test from your arm, leg Etc.  All the talking glucometers I know of require finger tip testing which, over a period of time, can effect our ability to read Braille and perform other touch tasks.
