Hi,

I wanted to let everyone know that Skype's new beta 2 has broken all of the
accessibility rules again and is not accessible unless you use your mouse
keys.  Beta 2 does add live video to Skype and it seems to work, but the
menu interface and the contact list do not speak unless you mouse them.
