Hi Howard,

Yes, I changed Menu 48 to 62 and the S-meter readings are normal on
sideband mode even for CW signals.  They just don't make it past zero
when in CW mode.  I have to suspect it is the 500 Hz CW filter.  Is
anyone with a TS-480 and a 500 Hz filter getting reasonable S-meter
readings in CW mode?
