I use a Q tip to clean the fans. Use the same Q tip to stop the fan from
spinning while you use the canned air.
I try to angle the air nozzle so dust is blown out of the case, or to a
point where it can be collected. In some instances, this involves
rotating the case, or standing it on end to get the angle right. A brush
or very slightly damp cloth can help.
This procedure can be much more difficult with small, cramped cases.
