I used to get low blood sugar symptoms like tremendous hunger before lunch,
shaking hand or arm, deep tiredness, mental fog, etc. (this syndrome is
sometimes called hypoglycemia) before I eliminated grains and dairy from my
diet. The hypoglycemia went away after 3 1/2 weeks of almost no grains or
dairy. Why not try a strict Paleo diet (no grains, dairy or legumes--that
means no bread sandwiches, no pizza and no buns or cheese on your burgers)
for 3-4 weeks and see if your symptoms resolve?

Yes, that is exactly what it is called (hypoglycemia), but again, they keep "changing" the "numbers" for all these different "diseases", so it's hard to tell. And I did find that "note to self" that said GO TO BED, so that is what I am doing, lol. And a side note to Robert...I have no idea if that doctor's ideas work or not, but I got a big laugh out of your comment....NO, I am not sleep-deprived, I had a freaking tooth pulled, lol.

  Love,
  Bren

PS And to Phillip, OK, I have no problem with trying that...I did it years ago for my hypoglycemia, I can do it again. But I don't eat hardly any pizza, sandwiches or grains, I really don't. But I will cut them totally out and see...

PSS Got an email from William, who also has SVT, and was gonna check it out this weekend, but hmmm, the SVT stopped me in my tracks. Bless his heart, I will check it out.
