Thank you for this post and typing all that out. I appreciate it. This 
confirms what
little I have seen about his books.

I had heard of Zephyr and read one of his books. On another forum, there 
are a
few people who keep pushing Ajonus's books and diet philosophy but somehow
never want to elaborate with any details or research oriented info. My 
curiosity
was tweaked but I had a hard time taking it serously for this reason. I 
had no
context, just little snippets.One of the posters claimed that humans are 
not meant
to digest vegetables but would not elaborate.

It doesn't inspire confidence. Neither does the price on his books.
