Perhaps the most interesting thing about this article is the fact that most
of the "old time" strongmen and early ('50s-'60s era) bodybuilders were
quite paleo in their approaches. Even though they relied too much on milk,
most of them skipped out on grains and  seemed to avoid overprocessed
foods. Today's bodybuilders seem to preach whole foods a lot while they
happily munch away on their overprocessed, soy-laden, "protein bars".
