While cold booting, hit the F8 key repeatedly after you
see "anything" on the monitor.
When done at the correct time, this will take you to either
a diagnostic or Boot menu.
Select the option for Safe Mode.
When the computer starts in Safe Mode, go in and un-do
the changes you listed below.
