Your gateway link shows pin 5 as " front panel on/off button
this means s-pwr or the power switch, all it does is short
two pins to power on the motherboard. Try putting the s-pwr
case connection to the pins marked "pwr on".
that should fire up the board.
the hd active is the orange hd light you must get the polarity right for the
led
but you can't hurt anything getting it wrong, just won't work.
same with the pwr led. but if it is 3pin you may have to swap around
the wires in the plug to get the correct arrangement for it to work.
pin 7 is reset so try pin 7 and a pin next to it with the reset button.
The board may not have a speaker connection
