maybe the battery's bad, maybe you plugged the charger in to the wall before
the radio and blew the fuse in the radio because you can't plug the charger
in to the radio after you plug it in to the wall

Subject: thf-6a battery problem

Hi guys,

I'm having a problem with my thf-6a. The battery went flat the other day
and I put it on charge. The radio does come on when the charger is plugged
in, but
there seems to be no charging to the battery itself as the radio won't fire
up if I unplug the charger.

I haven't had any problems with the battery in the past and it seems to have
been holding a charge as it should.

Not sure if a reset would do any good in this case. The radio is about 18
months old or there abouts.

It's really odd that it should have happened this suddenly.

Any suggestions?

Thanks,

Don W6SMB
